Export tickets
Export your Zendesk tickets from any date range to CSV or JSON, with personal data removed or kept, as you choose.
How it works
- 01
Connect Zendesk
Sign in to your Zendesk once. Artica reads tickets with your access and never writes to them.
- 02
Pick the range
The last 7, 30 or 90 days, 6 or 12 months, or any dates you choose, for one brand or all. You see how many tickets, how long and how big before you start.
- 03
Choose what happens to personal data
Remove it (recommended): names, emails, phone numbers, card and account numbers, addresses and signatures become placeholders. Or keep everything exactly as it is.
- 04
Download the file
CSV or JSON, built in your browser as the tickets arrive. Artica keeps no copy. Keep the tab open until it finishes.
What you get
One row per ticket: id, created and updated dates, status, priority, type, channel, brand, group, tags, subject, and the first message (or the whole public conversation). Raw exports add requester name and email and assignee name; scrubbed exports leave those columns out.
| id | created_at | status | group | tags | subject | message |

| 48213 | 2026-09-28T14:02:11Z | solved | Payouts | payout_delay | Payout hasn’t arrived | Hi, my payout for [ID] was due on Friday but it’s still not in my account ending [CARD]. Can you check? Thanks, [NAME_1] |
| 48207 | 2026-09-28T09:47:30Z | open | Account | login 2fa | Can’t log in after changing phone | I got a new phone and the code goes to my old number [PHONE_1]. My email is [EMAIL_1]. |
Placeholders are numbered within each ticket, so [NAME_1] is the same person throughout one ticket and links nothing across tickets.
