    Install the extension

    Add the Artica extension to Chrome and sign in with your Artica account.

    Record a workflow

    Click through the task in your own product, the way a customer would. Each click is a screenshot. Emails, card numbers and tokens are blurred in your browser before anything uploads.

  3. 03

    Get an editable article

    Artica writes the article from what it saw: a title phrased as the customer’s question, a step for every click with its screenshot, and a line on how to check it worked. Edit it here, then export.
