    Paste a link to any public help center (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Help Scout, HubSpot or your own site) for its public articles, or connect Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or Help Scout to include internal and restricted articles, and drafts if you want them.

    Pick what to include

    Every language or just some, with or without images. Artica pages through the whole help center, however large.

    Download one zip

    Markdown and HTML for every article, its images, and a spreadsheet listing them all. Built in your browser; nothing is kept.

SOURCESA link gets public articles only: Artica detects the platform, follows the site’s robots.txt and reads one public page at a time. Connecting gets every article your account can see, including internal and restricted ones: Zendesk through sign-in; Intercom, Freshdesk and Help Scout with a key or token.

What you get

One zip
index.csv
One row per article: id, title, link, language, category, section, labels, dates, draft (plus promoted and votes from Zendesk), and where its files are. Opens straight in Excel or Sheets.
Markdown
Each article as a .md file with its details in front matter. Tables, notes, code and links come across; internal links point at the exported file.
HTML
The original article body in a clean, readable page, for anything Markdown can’t hold.
images/
Images from your help center, linked from both files, so the export reads offline. Images hosted elsewhere keep their original link.
